We also recommend that you visit Icart, a stunning viewing area and a really special place to do some walking along the coast. Icart has a parking area, and can be found down the Guernsey lanes.

Guernsey and the other Channel Islands can be an expensive holiday destination to visit. However, always look at the website of the hotels to find different offers at different times of the year which may include high season. Do make a point of travelling out of the holiday season: Spring and Autumn can be just as good for a short break or just for the shopping!
Make a point of buying the local paper: The Guernsey Press, as it will tell you what’s happening on the Island.
